Stage 07 of ninjaman was officially finished last night. Its taken just over 5 weeks, and now the map editor is finally done (well, the first version of it). Hopefully not too many bugs pop up and Johnny can get on with making stuff for it. At somewhere around 150hrs of work its a pretty mammoth investment. Sigh, if only that translated into a dollar-an-hour pay rate, haha.

As we’ve planned the studio presentations to be at key strategical times, this week will be able map content. While we said we’d have a presentation of working enemies to show, that just didnt happen due to the editor running over time. I’m very confident we’ll have an awesome map to demo anyhow, Johnnys work last year was top stuff, I have no idea how he managed to pull it all together so quickly… I was amazed at how he went from no map to 3 maps in roughly the space of.. well very little time lol. Props bro.

Stage 08 commences in a few days, when hopefully some of this shit ‘filler subjects’ can be pushed aside (dta, urgh). Gameplay

On a more random note.. I’m starting to really consider taking another history subject next semester… so randomly interesting and off the side. Wonder if there is any good ww2/britain vs germany subject at unsw. Hmm. Maybe I’ll drop either my philosophy or multimedia subject. yay for the freedom of electives
