Lesson learnt: how to say fuck off when putting yourself first 
Thinking more about where I stand and being more vocal about my opinion, rather than opting to go with options that may please everyone, at my own cost. Putting your own thoughts first. Being more vocal about what you expect from others. Like the issues in the previous post
A time of changed focus. To fix some things way back in the past, and to move on with the unfixable. I need to find more ways to vent annoyance both at the time of formation (see above points) and after (still working on that).
Constantly trying to refine the balance, that’s what it’s all about!
